    Kenny and Caleb called before coming and arrived when expected. We were having issues with a a fuse blowing. I had previously hired another company who came out twice before Alvey HVAC and couldn’t find the issue and barely even tried. Kenny took the time to actually find the problem. He fixed all the exposed wiring that had been taped together that the previous guy ignored. These guys are super respectful, and I would recommend for hire.

    Kenny took great care of me. I had my AC freeze up and had no idea what to do. He came out and explained exactly what happened and what I would need to do. He didn't stick me with a huge bill although the more I thought about it, he could have! My A/C wasn't working at all! Instead, he gave instructions on what to do and how I could un freeze it safely and I paid much much less than what I thought the repair was going to be. He will be the one I call forever!
